Refund policy

At StyleForest (K&K Ventures), we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

🛑 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • To request cancellation, please email us at:
    support@styleforest.co.in with your order number.

Refund for approved cancellations will be processed within 1–2 business days.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • Product must not be damaged by the customer.

To initiate a return, contact:

Include your order number and product images (if applicable).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
  • Items returned without original tags.
  • Products showing signs of wear or washing.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of packaging
  • Order number

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

💳 Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days to reflect.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the shipping cost.
  • For size exchange or preference-based returns, return shipping charges may apply.

📌 Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
  • Oversized and regular fits differ intentionally — please refer to the size guide before ordering.
